How we pick people

Not everyone gets in. That's the point.

We'd rather hire a few great people than a lot of average ones. Here's what happens to everyone you send:

  1. 01WarmupA 30 second typing test. Under 40 WPM and they can't apply yet. They can practise and come back.
  2. 02ApplicationAbout ten minutes of questions. The basics are checked automatically: age, a proper PC, time to work, and answers that clearly don't fit the job.
  3. 03InterviewA trainer talks to everyone who gets through. This is where most of the real deciding happens.
  4. 04BootcampTraining before their first real shift. Once they're here, they count towards your bonus.

Most people don't make it all the way, and that's normal. The best thing you can do is send people you'd vouch for: fast, reliable, good with words. You'll see where each of them is up to, but their answers stay private.
